About uRULEu Institute

uRULEu Institute is organized as a nonprofit public benefit corporation. Its role is to be a credibly neutral home for standards and training that no single commercial operator should control alone — the same reasoning that keeps a currency's central bank separate from any one commercial bank, or a sport's rulebook separate from any one team.

Governance and legal status: uRULEu Institute is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation, established in 2017, and holds 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. Board composition and bylaws are not yet published here.
